Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. Wherever you shop fro just place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your home currency. For instance if you shop from Spain with a card drawn on a Spanish bank the transaction will be in Euros, use a card drawn on a UK bank and the transaction will be converted from Euros to Sterling.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Several of our suppliers demand payment "up front" and this has caused difficulties with items that we do not usually keep in stock. If we have to back order an item for you we will ask for a deposit of 50% of the retail value. We will contact you before processing your order to confirm that you are happy with leaving a deposit before we proceed. We will refund this money if we are unable to supply the item or if our original estimate of delivery is exceeded by more than 50%.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under or over priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling There is a shipping price indicated on each item. If you are just ordering one item within Spain we will hold to this price. However the price for shipping items from Spain to, for instance, the UK, or moving goods around in Spain depends on what we have to ship and how we achieve it. If you live just up the road from our shop in Pinoso we will probably pop the stuff in our van and bring it over for free, if you are at the other end of Spain then we will have to use a transport company.

However we ship we GUARANTEE that we will send the item in the most economical and time effective way possible and that we will only charge you the price that it costs us.

Delivery Schedule If we have the item in stock we will get it on its way to you in a couple of working days from recieving your order. If we have to order the goods we will contact you with the date that we expect to receive the goods and consequently when and how we can send them on to you. Spain is an interesting country in which to do business and, at times, delivery dates can be very flexible and the items ordered and delivered can be quite different. Normally we have no problems but please bear with us if both you and us find ourselves at the end of a confused delivery chain. We do GUARANTEE that we will do our very best to get the items to you as quickly as we possibly can.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union 16% IVA is added. All other orders are IVA free.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
